The project commenced in 2018, emerging from collaborations with major companies seeking to develop and optimize their design, organizational and manufacturing processes. Through the technical support and expertise of InAcEnCo’s founder, these organizations achieved significant progress in their technological and organizational evolution, laying the foundation for what InAcEnCo would later become.  

InAcEnCo began its activity in Madrid, Spain, bringing together collaborators committed to high‑quality work. During this period, the presentation of InAcEnCo led to a collaboration in the railway special‑machinery industry, in which the founder became responsible for the electrical design and control systems. This initial development took place despite the challenging circumstances created by the global pandemic.  

InAcEnCo was officially registered in Germany, in Weiden in der Oberpfalz, in 2022, consolidating its international presence and demonstrating its characteristic flexibility.  

InAcEnCo's founder made significant efforts to establish an indirect collaboration with Siemens AG. This collaboration evolved into a direct partnership in 2024, making InAcEnCo an official vendor of Siemens AG in the area of low‑voltage Large Power Drives.  

InAcEnCo decided to contribute, within its scope and capabilities, to the integration of individuals with high professional and personal value who were facing precarious circumstances «caused by bellic events, which we fully condemn» into the European labor market. To this end, they were offered the opportunity to participate in an introductory workshop on Information Technologies for Automation, which enabled participants to gain an overview of the European working methods, particularly within the German framework. Likewise, InAcEnCo supported the integration of individuals from Latin America in the Oberpfalz region of Germany by cooperating in the organization of a dedicated event specifically designed to facilitate their integration.  

InAcEnCo moved to Madrid, returning to its original location.
