Our history
This project, initiated in 2018, stems from the experience of major companies focused on developing their technical departments and optimizing their design, preparation and manufacturing processes. These organizations relied on the specialized support of the founder of InAcEnCo, whose contribution was key to driving their technological and organizational evolution.
InAcEnCo began officially in Madrid Spain in 2020 by bringing together collaborators who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering the highest quality. Over time, this collaboration evolved into a modest yet solid network of major partners, including regional companies located in various parts of the world, primarily in Europe, as well as global companies whose activities extend across the globe. All of this was achieved despite the challenging circumstances created by the global pandemic.
InAcEnCo was officially registered in Germany, in Weiden in der Oberpfalz, while its founder had already been fully responsible for the electrical design and control systems in the railway special machinery industry since 2020.
the founder of InAcEnCo made significant efforts to establish an indirect collaboration with Siemens AG, which developed into a direct collaboration in 2024, making InAcEnCo an official vendor of Siemens AG in the area of low‑voltage Large Power Drives.
InAcEnCo decided to contribute, within the scope of its capabilities, to the integration of highly valuable individuals in precarious circumstances <<caused by bellic events, which we strongly condemn>> into the European labor market. To this end, it offered the opportunity to participate in an introductory workshop focused on IT for Automation, allowing participants to gain an initial understanding of the European way of working, particularly within the German environment. As well InAcEnCo contributed to the integration of Latinamerican people in the regional area of Oberpfalz by cooperating in the organization of an integration event.
InAcEnCo is preparing for the return of its virtual office to its original location in Madrid.
