AIT Workshop

At InAcEnCo, we deeply value each individual's commitment to personal development, especially when that growth is directed toward the common Good. We place great importance on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. That's why we actively promote the development of intercultural competencies within our team and share this knowledge with exceptional international talented individuals.

Thus, InAcEnCo supports international talents with high potential, such as Iryna Vodolazka from Ukraine and Mehrab Zarei from Iran, who embody strong values and aspire to contribute their abilities and knowledge to the peaceful and respectful development of the entire world. In this way, we help them make the most of the opportunities available within Europe, enabling them to develop new competencies and gain insight into various European work environments, particularly the German one.

To this end, we organized the AIT Workshop, “IT Applied to Automation”, held in Weiden in der Oberpfalz. The three-day program was fully practice-oriented and aligned with European professional manners.

During the workshop, the participants gained hands-on experience in developing web pages, programming a PLC, and implementing a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for a real automation project.

By the end of the workshop, they successfully completed all tasks, strengthened their technological skills, and gained valuable insights into the European work environment, thereby facilitating their integration, particularly into the German work culture.
